This Privacy Policy applies to bibliostudy.com and any Biblio Study page that links to it. It does not govern Curiosity Tree or other third-party websites, services, or resources. Their own privacy policies apply when you leave our site.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide. If you join the early-access list, we receive your email address. If you later request information, complete a survey, or contact us, we may also receive your name, message, preferences, and any other information you choose to provide.

Basic technical information. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, approximate region, and timestamps. This information helps deliver, secure, and understand the site.

Cookies and similar technologies. The present marketing site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. If we later add analytics, account features, or other technologies that materially change this practice, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

We do not sell personal information. Early-access submissions are sent to Google Forms and stored in a linked Google Sheet so we can maintain the requested communication list. Google acts as a service provider for this collection and storage. We may also share limited information with service providers that help us host the site, send requested communications, prevent abuse, or support operations. They may use information only to perform those services for us.

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect safety or rights, or complete a lawful organizational transaction.

5. Children’s privacy

Biblio Study creates materials families and educators may use with children, but this marketing site and its communication forms are directed to parents, guardians, educators, ministry leaders, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Children should not submit names, email addresses, or other personal information through this site.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so it can be investigated and deleted when required. Any future child-directed online learning experience will receive its own privacy and parental-consent review before launch.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
